Capturing Love in The Hague: A couple's photo session on Scheveningen Beach

Today I am sharing a couples photo session I did with Matilda and Brian on Scheveningen Beach in The Hague, Netherlands. Whether you're local or visiting The Hague for the first time, I hope this post inspires you to explore this beautiful beach.

After one of my closest friends moved to The Hague, I started visiting them often and fell in love with the city. It was probably for the first time in my life that I felt like I could easily move there. The Hague is situated on the North Sea in the Netherlands. It is home to beautiful beaches, charming cafes and stunning parks – all perfect for a couples photo session, even during winter and cloudy weather. Here are just a few of the benefits of having your photos taken in The Hague: 

1.Beautiful backdrops abound: from stately mansions and canals lined with trees to quaint European streets and, of course, the beach. 
2. Incredible light: Because of its location on the North Sea coast, The Hague enjoys long days during the summer and soft evening light.
3. Privacy: With its many hidden corners you'll be able to find plenty of places to escape the crowds and enjoy some privacy.
